CENTRALIZED TRAINING INSTITUTE IS A LEADING ADVOCATE FOR SYSTEMIC CHANGE, CREATES A FORUM FOR COLLABORATIONS WITHIN THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE COMMUNITY, AND OFFERS TRAINING AND CREATES MATERIALS TO IMPROVE KNOWLEDGE ON VIOLENCE ISSUES.
