ESDC WORKS WITH VARIETY ENTITIES TO PROVIDE SMALL BUSINESSES WITH FINANCIAL RESOURCES, EMPLOYMENT AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE, CONSUMER MAKRETING WITH A GOAL OF CONNECTING THE SMALL BUSINESSES TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE COMMUNITIES (TACOM) - EIGHTEENTH STREET DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. (ESDC) IS DESIGNATED A HOUSING RESOURCE CENTER (HRC)AND PROVIDES HOUSING - RELATED INFORMATION, PROBLEM SOLVING, COMMUNITY EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS TO ASSIST LOW-MODERATE INCOME HOMEOWNERS AND RESIDENTS. THIS INITIATIVE IS FUNDED BY THE CHICAGO DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING. ESDC HAS OUTREACH PROGRAMS TO DISSEMINATE INFORMATION ON BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PROGRAMS OFFERED THROUGHOUT THE CITY.
