RPMS CONTINUED EFFECTIVE FISCAL MANAGEMENT AND FOCUS ON LONG-TERM PLANNING. THE SCHOOL CONTINUED STRONG STUDENT AND STAFF RETENTION AND MAINTAINED A ROBUST WAITING LIST FOR MANY PROGRAMS. RPMS INCREASED ITS FOCUS ON DIVERSITY RATES AMONGST STUDENT POPULATION WITH CONTINUED SUPPORT THROUGH BOARDS STRATEGIC PLAN. THE THEMES OF PEACE AND PEACEFUL PRACTICES REMAIN A MAINSTAY IN THE SCHOOL. THE SCHOOL PLACES HIGH VALUE ON TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND GROWTH AND LOOKS TO PROMOTE FROM WITHIN BY SENDING CERTAIN INTERESTED ASSISTANTS TO MONTESSORI TRAINING.
