THE ORGANIZATION SPONSERS AN ANNUAL EXAMINATION IN CHEMISTRY. THE EXAMINATION IS OPEN TO ALL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS. EIGHT SCHOLARSHIPS WERE AWARDED TO THE STUDENTS.
WILLARD GIBBS MEDAL AWARD COMMITTEE - THE COMMITTEE DESIGNATED WITH THE SELECTION OF AND BANQUET PLANNING FOR THIS DISTINGUISHED AWARD.
ILLINOIS STATE FAIR PROGRAM - SPONSERED A BOOTH AT THE ILLINOIS STATE FAIR WITH OTHER ILLINOIS SECTIONS TO COMMUNICATE THE IMPORTANCE OF CHEMISTRY IN OUR LIVES AND TO SPARK THE INTEREST OF YOUNG CHILDREN IN CHEMISTRY.
