THE ASSOCIATION MANAGES AND ADMINISTERS RESTRICTED FUNDS PROVIDED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE TO MAKE LOANS TO QUALIFIED SHEEP AND GOAT INDUSTRY RECIPIENTS TO ENHANCE INDUSTRY INFRASTRUCTURE, GENETIC DEVELOPMENT, PROCESSING AND MARKETING ABILITIES.
