CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROVIDE INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL REFERRALS FOR THE SERVICES TO LIFT INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES OUT OF THEIR SITUATION, REMOVE BARRIERS TO LIVING IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT, AND MAXIMIZE SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND WELL-BEING. TOTAL CLIENTS SERVED: 94,518
NUTRITION SERVICES ASSISTS LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH MEETING A VERY BASIC NEED.
