BAKING AND FOOD SAFETY EDUCATION - PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO EDUCATE PEOPLE IN THE SCIENCE AND ART OF BAKING, BAKERY MANAGEMENT AND ALLIED SCIENCES THROUGH COURSES, SEMINARS AND PUBLICATIONS.


RESEARCH & LABORATORIES - PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO CONDUCT BASIC RESEARCH IN CEREAL SCIENCE AND NUTRITION AND TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE FOOD INDUSTRY.
