EDUCATION -- TO DEVELOP AND OFFER COURSES, SEMINARS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO EDUCATE THOSE ENGAGED IN THE PACKAGING INDUSTRY.
CHAPTERS -- THE 33 CHAPTERS WITH APPROXIMATELY 3,600 MEMBERS IN THE U.S. AND CANADA PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITY TO INTERACT ON A LOCAL LEVEL WITH OTHER PACKAGING PROFESSIONALS FOR EDUCATION AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE TOURS, SPEAKERS, STUDY GROUPS, SEMINARS, MEETINGS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES.TECHNICAL PROGRAM -- IOPP HAS 9 TECHNICAL COMMITTEES. THESE COMMITTEES FOCUS ON TECHNICAL ISSUES WITHIN SPECIFIC INDUSTRIES AND PROVIDE A FORUM FOR COMMUNICATION AND INTERACTION FOR IOPP MEMBERS AND THE PACKAGING INDUSTRY.
