THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS IS AMERICA'S LARGEST TRADE ASSOCIATION REPRESENTING 1.5 MILLION PLUS MEMBERS. OUR MISSION IS TO EMPOWER REALTORS AS THEY PRESERVE, PROTECT AND ADVANCE THE RIGHT TO REAL PROPERTY FOR ALL.

WORKING FOR PROSPECTIVE HOME BUYERS AND SELLERS AND PRIVATE PROPERTY OWNERS ACROSS AMERICA, THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS PROVIDES A FACILITY FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, RESEARCH AND EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AMONG ITS MEMBERS AND TO THE PUBLIC AND GOVERNMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PRESERVING THE FREE ENTERPRISE SYSTEM AND THE RIGHT TO OWN REAL PROPERTY.
NAR PROMOTES HIGH STANDARDS OF CONDUCT IN THE TRANSACTION OF REAL ESTATE BUSINESS AND HELPS TO ENSURE THAT THE PUBLIC RECOGNIZES THAT REALTORS ADHERE TO A STRICT CODE OF ETHICS. LEVERAGING THE VOICE OF OUR MEMBERS, NAR'S CONSUMER ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN IS DESIGNED TO PROMOTE AWARENESS OF THE REALTOR BRAND NATIONALLY AND THE VALUE OF A REALTOR TO A CONSUMER AUDIENCE THROUGH A VARIETY OF STRATEGIC EXTERNAL MARKETING INITIATIVES AND CHANNELS.

ACCORDINGLY, NAR CONTINUES TO SUPPORT PUBLIC POLICY ISSUES THAT ENHANCE HOUSING AFFORDABILITY AND THE AVAILABILITY FOR PEOPLE OF ALL BACKGROUNDS AND INCOME LEVELS TO ATTAIN HOME OWNERSHIP.
