SIGNING UP NEW UNION MEMBERS THROUGH DELEGATES AND ONLINE. THE IWW ADMITS ANY WORKING CLASS PERSON INTO THE UNION IN ORDER TO ORGANIZE THEIR WORKPLACE AND BETTER THEIR CONDITIONS.
CONDUCTING THE ANNUAL REFERENDUM FOR UNION MEMBERS. ALL MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING HAVE A VOTE IN THE ANNUAL REFERENDUM TO ELECT OFFICERS AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS AS WELL AS A VOTE ON AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION WHICH PASSED THROUGH THE GENERAL CONVENTION.
CONDUCTING ORGANIZER TRAINING WORKSHOPS. THE ORGANIZER TRAINING COMMITTEE SENDS SEASONED TRAINERS TO MEMBER-AREAS TO TRAIN MEMBERS IN THE IWW METHODS OF ORGANIZING ONE'S WORKPLACE AND BUILDING WORKING CLASS POWER AND JUSTICE ON THE SHOP FLOOR.
