THE CHICAGO DISTRICT GOLF ASSOCIATION IS THE REGIONAL GOVERNING BODY FOR AMATEUR GOLF IN ILLINOIS AND IS PRIMARILY ENGAGED IN PROVIDING VARIOUS SERVICES TO GOLF CLUBS INCLUDING USGA RATING AND MEASURING SERVICES, AND TO INDIVIDUAL GOLFERS INCLUDING A USGA HANDICAP AND COMPETITIVE PLAYING OPPORTUNITIES THROUGHOUT ILLINOIS AND PARTS OF INDIANA, WISCOINSIN AND MICHIGAN.
