MEMBERS ARE ALSO KEPT AWARE OF RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN MACHINERY, MATERIALS, AND NUTRITIONAL LABELING REQUIREMENTS THROUGH DISCUSSIONS, TRAINING, AND DISPLAYS PROVIDED BY VENDOR-MEMBERS.


FALL/SPRING REGIONAL INSTITUTE: DURING THESE REGIONAL CONFERENCES, THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES MEMBERS ESSENTIAL EDUCATION IN CANDYMAKING, PRODUCTION METHODS, FORMULATIONS AND MARKETING.
