ANNUAL CONVENTION: DURING THE ANNUAL CONVENTION, THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES MEMBERS ESSENTIAL EDUCATION IN CANDYMAKING, PRODUCTION METHODS, FORMULATIONS AND MARKETING. MEMBERS ARE ALSO KEPT AWARE OF RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN MACHINERY, MATERIALS, AND NUTRITIONAL LABELING REQUIREMENTS THROUGH DISCUSSIONS, TRAINING, AND DISPLAYS PROVIDED BY VENDOR-MEMBERS.
FALL/SPRING REGIONAL INSTITUTE: DURING THESE REGIONAL CONFERENCES, THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES MEMBERS ESSENTIAL EDUCATION IN CANDYMAKING, PRODUCTION METHODS, FORMULATIONS AND MARKETING.
