THE MISSION OF THE ALPHA XI DELTA FOUNDATION IS TO CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALPHA XI DELTA FRATERNITY MEMBERS TO ENSURE ENDURING RESOURCES SO THE FRATERNITY CAN FULFILL HER MISSION. AS PART OF ITS MISSION, THE FOUNDATION WILL SUPPORT THE FRATERNITY'S EDUCATIONAL AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMING; PROVIDE AND CONTINUE TO EXPAND SCHOLARSHIP, GRANTS AND MEMBER SUPPORT FUNDS; AND ENCOURAGE PHILANTHROPY.

IN THE FISCAL YEAR, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED SUBSTANTIAL SUPPORT FOR ALPHA XI DELTA'S PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND PHILANTHROPIC PROGRAMS. THESE INCLUDED: THE LEADERSHIP COACH PROGRAM, GREEKLIFEEDU, JUSTICE, EQUITY AND HUMAN DIGNITY PROGRAMS, THE WORKOUT, STRENGTHS AND WELLBEING PROGRAMMING AND ACTIVITIES RELATED TO PHILANTHROPIC EFFORTS TO SUPPORT LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS FOCUSED ON CHILDREN IN NEED. THE LEADERSHIP COACH PROGRAM HELPED YOUNG WOMEN ACQUIRE ESSENTIAL LIFE SKILLS AND BECOME STRONGER, MORE CONFIDENT WOMEN. WORKING WITH WOMEN NATIONWIDE, LEADERSHIP COACHES FACILITATED ACTIVITIES CENTERING ON PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, ASSISTED WOMEN IN MAXIMIZING THE BENEFIT OF STRENGTHS DEVELOPMENT, AND TRAINED CHAPTER EXECUTIVE COMMITTEES TO BE HIGH PERFORMING TEAMS. GREEKLIFEEDU IS AN ONLINE INTERACTIVE COURSE WITH A THREE-PRONG FOCUS ON ALCOHOL EDUCATION, SEXUAL ASSAULT PREVENTION, AND HAZING EDUCATION. THE JUSTICE, EQUITY AND HUMAN DIVERSITY PROGRAMS PROVIDE TRANSFORMATIONAL LEARNING ON BECOMING MORE INFORMED GLOBAL CITIZENS. THE REALIZE YOUR POTENTIAL MEMBER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM HELPS WOMEN BUILD INTERPERSONAL SKILLS FOR SUCCESS IN THE WORKPLACE OF TODAY AND TOMORROW. THE A CLEAR VISION OF LIFE: THE WELLBEING PROGRAM, HELPS ALUMNAE INCREASE THEIR CAPACITY TO THRIVE IN THE FIVE AREAS OF WELLBEING - PURPOSE, SOCIAL, FINANCIAL, PHYSICAL AND COMMUNITY - TO BECOME BETTER, STRONGER CITIZENS OF THEIR COMMUNITIES. SCHOLARSHIPS AND CONTINUING EDUCATION GRANTS WERE AWARDED TO COLLEGIATE AND ALUMNAE MEMBERS TO REALIZE THEIR HIGHER EDUCATION GOALS AND PREPARE FOR TODAY'S EVER-CHANGING GLOBAL JOB MARKET. AMAXING CHALLENGE GRANTS WERE AWARDED TO HELP CHAPTERS DREAM BIGGER AND ENHANCE THEIR FUNDRAISING, AWARENESS AND VOLUNTEER EFFORTS IN THEIR COMMUNITIES RELATED TO CHILDREN IN FOSTER CARE AND FACING HOMELESSNESS AND HUNGER. THE ALPHA XI DELTA FOUNDATION CONTINUES ITS PROUD TRADITION OF PROVIDING RESOURCES TO INSPIRE WOMEN TO REALIZE THEIR POTENTIAL THROUGH THE LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES IT OFFERS, THE LIFELONG LEARNING THAT IT INSPIRES AND THE SERVICE IT PROVIDES TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF CHILDREN.
