SPORTS LEADERSHIP TRAINING AND PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT - OUR PURPOSE IS TO CATALYZE AND MAINTAIN SPORT MOVEMENTS IN CITIES AROUND THE WORLD. WE DO THIS BY TRAINING COACHES AND BUILDING LEADERSHIP CAPACITY THAT WILL IMPACT THE COMMUNITY AROUND THEM THROUGH TEAM SPORTS. WE ALSO HELP LOCAL COACHES, CLUB OWNERS, OR PRESIDENTS OF FEDERATIONS TO BRING NEW SPORTS INTO THEIR COUNTRIES. IN 2021, AROUND 7,380 PEOPLE WERE TRAINED ON HOW TO POSITIVELY IMPACT THEIR COMMUNITY USING SPORTS AND WHOLE LIFE COACHING METHODS. THE TRAININGS WERE HELD IN PERSON AND/OR USING A HYBRID FORMAT. IN 41 COUNTRIES, A MONTH LONG SPORT LEADERSHIP SCHOOL WAS HELD WHICH INCLUDES INTENSE TRAINING AND PRACTICUM. THERE ARE 54 MULTIPLY SPORTS LEADERSHIP SCHOOLS AROUND THE WORLD WITH INTENSE TRAINING FOR HIGHLY COMMITTED LEADERS. THIS NUMBER IS GROWING ANNUALLY.
YOUTH, CHILDREN, AND COMMUNITY INITIATIVES - WE CREATE, SUPPORT AND HOLD SPORT FESTIVALS, CAMPS, AND OTHER YOUTH INITIATIVES THAT CONNECT THE COMMUNITY TOGETHER IN A POSITIVE WAY. IN 2021, 31 OF THE 32 CARIBBEAN ISLANDS HAD A SPORT LEADERSHIP TEAM WHICH HELD YOUTH INITIATIVES FOR THEIR LOCAL ISLAND COMMUNITY. DOZENS OF CAMPS WERE HELD FOR CHILDREN INCLUDING A CAMP IN A WAR TORN REGION. 31 LEADERS HELD 2 CAMPS FOR 190 PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY INJURED SOLDIERS. SPORT WAS USED TO HELP THEM BEGIN TO HEAL FROM THE TRAUMA OF WAR.
