RESIDENTIAL EMERGENCY HOUSING THROUGH RESTORATION61 SAFE HOUE AND/OR HOTELS WHERE VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRANSPORTATION AND TRAVEL TO RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS AND SAFE HOUSES AND SAFE FAMILIES. THE SERVICES PROVIDED THIS YEAR WERE AND AMOUNT OF RECIPIENTS WERE:294 CLIENTS PROVIDED WITH REFERRALS TO OTHER SERVICES160 CLIENTS RECEIVED INDIVIDUAL ADVOCACY69 CLIENTS PROVIDED WITH EMPLOYMENT SERVICES186 CLIENTS RECEIVED HOUSING ADVOCACY, OR HELP IMPLEMENTING/OBTAINING HOUSING217 CLIENTS RECEIVED GROUP SUPPORT SERVICES
AWARENESS/EDUCATION EVENTS PROVIDED INFORMATION TO COMMUNITY GROUPS, CHURCHES, BUSINESSES, CORPORATIONS, ETC, BRINGING AWARENESS TO THE ISSUE OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND ACTIVATING INDIVIDUALS TO GET INVOLVED WITH THEIR LOCAL ORGANIZATION TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE. 1,386 INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATED IN COMMUNITY IMPACT EVENTS.
OUTREACH PROGRAMMING PROVIDES CRISIS INTERVENTION, CASE MANAGEMENT, SAFETY PLANNING AND REFERRALS FOR APPROPRIATE SERVICES AND OR PROVIDERS. PARTNERING WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AND OTHER SERVICE PROFIDERS SUCH AS SHELTERS, HOSPITALS, SUBSTANCE-ABUSE TREATMENT PROGRAMS, WHERE A VICTIM MIGHT DISCLOSE THEIR TRAFFICKING. PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROGRAM ARE PROVIDED ACCES TO FOOD, CLOTHING, COUNSELING, MERDICAL SERVICE, THERAPY, TRANSPORTATION, EDUCATION AND JOB TRAINING. 127 CLIENTS RECEIVED CRISIS INTERVENTION SERVICES, 161 CLIENTS RECEIVED INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING AND 99 CLIENTS RECEIVED THERAPY SERVICES THROUGHOUT THE OUTREACH PROGRAM.
TRANSPORTATION PASSES FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION ARE GIVEN TO VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING TO GET TO SERVICES, WORK, CLASS, OR SUPPORT GROUP. UBER OR LYFT ARE USED TO TRANSPORT VICTIMS FROM DANGEROUS SITUATIONS FO SAFE PLACES TO MEET ADVOCATES OR FOR TRANSPORTATION WHERE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IS NOT POSSIBLE. 206 CLIENTS RECEIVED TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.
