IN 2023, ORGANIC VOICES CONTINUED WORK EDUCATING CONSUMERS ABOUT THE USDA ORGANIC SEAL. OV SPECIFICALLY STARTED WORK ON CREATING A NEW MESSAGING CAMPAIGN GEARED TOWARDS YOUNGER CONSUMERS WITH CONTENT THAT WOULD WORK WELL ON TIKTOK AND INSTAGRAM. THIS CONTENT WOULD BE MOSTLY SHORT FORM VIDEO THAT IS FUN AND ENGAGING FOR YOUNGER CONSUMERS. THE GOAL OF THIS WORK WILL BE TO BETTER EDUCATE YOUNGER GENERATIONS ON PLATFORMS THEY CONSUME CONTENT ON. OV ALSO HOSTED A FIRST OF ITS KIND EVENT, THE ORGANIC OSCARS", TO HIGHLIGHT AND CELEBRATE ALL THE AMAZING BRANDS, RETAILERS, SCIENTISTS, LEADERS, AND PEOPLE WITHIN THE ORGANIC INDUSTRY DOING IMPORTANT WORK TO GROW THE INDUSTRY. THE EVENT WAS A SUCCESS AND WILL NOW BECOME A YEARLY AWARDS SHOW. OV ALSO WORKED CLOSELY WITH PARTNER BRANDS TO HIGHLIGHT THE WORK BEING DONE THROUGHOUT THE ORGANIC INDUSTRY TO CLEAR UP CONSUMER CONFUSION. THE WORK OV DID REACHED MILLIONS OF CONSUMERS IN 2023 AND FURTHERED OV"S MISSION TO EDUCATE CONSUMERS ABOUT ORGANIC FOOD, PRODUCTS, AND PRACTICES. HANDSOME BROOK FARMS/USDA GRANT WORK: ORGANIC VOICES STARTED WORK WITH HANDSOME BROOK FARMS TO HELP EDUCATE AND AMPLIFY MESSAGING AROUND THEIR CLIMATE SMART ORGANIC EGG GRANT WITH THE USDA. OV WILL HELP PROVIDE CONSUMER EDUCATION MATERIALS AND CONTENT, MARKETING, BRANDING AND NETWORK SUPPORT WITH CONSUMERS, OTHER ORGANIC FARMERS AND OTHER ORGANIC BRANDS. IN 2023, OV HELPED CREATE A SURVEY TO BETTER UNDERSTAND CONSUMERS' UNDERSTANDING OF ORGANIC AND CLIMATE SMART TO CREATE A BASELINE ON CONSUMER KNOWLEDGE AT THE START OF THE GRANT, CREATE CONTENT AROUND THE GRANT FOR SOCIAL MEDIA, AND WORKED WITH THE HBF TEAM TO HELP KICK OFF THE GRANT, WHICH INCLUDED FARM VISITS TO BETTER UNDERSTAND THE PRACTICES THE GRANT WILL BE IMPLEMENTING.
