AWARENESS: THE HOPE PROJECT HAS EDUCATED THOUSANDS THROUGH AWARENESS EVENTS, PANELS, VIDEOS, AND FORUMS AT HIGH SCHOOLS, CHURCHES, UNIVERSITIES, RADIO AND TELEVISION, AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS. OUR SERVICES: WE PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT, COUNSELING, THERAPY GROUPS, SUPPORT GROUPS, RECOVERY COACHING, AND REFER APPROPRIATELY. WE ALSO HAVE A MENTORING PROGRAM FOR FEMALE SEX TRAFFICKING SURVIVORS AND GIRLS MORE VULNERABLE TO SEX TRAFFICKING. WE ALSO CHAIR THE LAKESHORE HUMAN TRAFFICKING TASK FORCE - LOCAL AGENCIES PROVIDING A COMPREHENSIVE RESPONSE TO HUMAN TRAFFICKING. WE BELONG TO THE MICHIGAN HUMAN TRAFFICKING TASK FORCE, MUSKEGON LAKESHORE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, MUSKEGON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT TASK FORCE, AND ARE INVOLVED IN MANY LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS. WE ARE A RESOURCE TO WEST MICHIGAN AGENCIES AND LOCAL RESIDENTS FOR STATISTICS, TRAINING, AND REFERRALS ON THE ISSUE OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING. HOUSING: THE HOPE PROJECT IS IN THE PROCESS OF OPENING A REHABILITIATION HOME FOR FEMALE SURVIVORS OF SEX TRAFFICKING, AGES 11-17, AND A TRANSITIONAL HOME FOR ADULT WOMEN SURVIVORS.
