1. MEMBERSHIP: THE NTA PROVIDES QUARTERLY NEWSLETTERS TO OVER 17K MEMBERS, OUR WEBSITE PROMOTES BEST PRACTICES, MEMBER COMMUNICATION, RESEARCH, AND ACCOUNTABILITY. NTA MEMBERSHIP ALSO INCLUDE A LIST OF BENEFITS WHICH INCLUDE ACCESS TO PROFESSIONAL MENTORS, FREE LIFE INSURANCE, WEBINAR DISCOUNTS, AND A NUMBER OF OTHER SERVICES. 2. CERTIFICATION TRAININGS (BOTH THROUGH LIVE AND RECORDED WEBINARS): WE SERVE OVER 5500 TUTORS, ACADEMIC COACHES AND MENTORS PER YEAR WHO WOULD OTHERWISE NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ACCESS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATION THROUGH A NATIONAL ORGANIZATION ESPECIALLY DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS. THE RECORDED WEBINARS ARE PROVIDED TO OVER 7500 INDIVIDUALS PER YEARS WHO MAY NOT BE SEEKING FULL CERTIFICATION BUT WHO WANT SOME PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AT A NOMINAL FEE. 3. THE NTA ANNUAL VIRTUAL CONFERENCE PROVIDES A ONLINE VENUE FOR MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS TO COMMUNICATE AND PARTICIPATE IN RESEARCH WORKSHOPS AS WELL AS WATCH NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED KEYNOTE SPEAKERS AT A NOMINAL REGISTRATION FEE WITHOUT THE EXPENSE OF TRAVEL. WE ALSO MAKE IT EXTREMELY REASONABLE FOR SCHOOLS TO ALLOW THEIR TUTORIAL STAFF TO ACCESS THE EVENT WHICH UNTIL NOW HAS BEEN IMPOSSIBLE. 3.
