REVIEWED WAYS TO PRESERVE PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT; TO INTERCEDE IN AREAS OF POTENTIAL BLIGHT. THE ORGANIZATION IS A CERTIFIED DEVELOPMENT ENTITY UNDER US TREASURY CDFI PROGRAM. CONTINUED REVOLVING LOAN FUND WITH PARTICATING BANKS TO MAKE LOANS TO BUSINESSES IDENTIFIED AS IMPORTANT TO THE COMMUNITY. CONTINUED A BROWNFIELD INITIATIVE INCLUDING THREE LOCAL GOVERNMENTS.
