MISSION OF THE HMMPLF IS TO AWARDS GRANTS WHICH NUTURE THE LIBRARY. HMMPLF ALSO ASSISTS DONORS TO BUILD AN ENDURING SOURCE OF CHARITABLE ASSETS TO BENEFIT THE LIBRARY. ALSO PROVIDES RESPONSIBLE STEWARDSHIP OF THE GIFT DONATED AND PROMOTES LEADERSHIP IN ADDRESSING LIBRARY MATTERS.
