PARTNERS IN HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION WAS INCORPORATED AS AN INDIANA NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION IN NOVEMBER 1993. THE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO THE PEOPLE WHO MOST NEED A STABLE PLACE TO LIVE, WHILE GIVING THEM SUPPORT AND A CHANCE TO REACH THEIR HIGHEST LEVEL OF SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
