COMMUNITY HOWARD REGIONAL HEALTH, INC. ("CHRH") OPERATES AN ACUTE CARE FULL SERVICE HOSPITAL IN KOKOMO, INDIANA WITH 107 STAFFED BEDS. IN 2022, THE MAIN HOSPITAL SERVED 4,650 INPATIENTS WITH A TOTAL OF 16,503 INPATIENT DAYS OF SERVICE. THE HOSPITAL ALSO PROVIDED 298,658 OUTPATIENT VISITS, WHICH INCLUDED 30,911 EMERGENCY VISITS. CHRH PROVIDES SERVICES INCLUDING WOMEN AND CHILDREN'S HEALTHCARE, CANCER CARE, CARDIOVASCULAR CARE, SURGICAL SERVICES, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AND PEDIATRIC SERVICES.
