SERVICES ARE OFFERED ON A "SLIDING FEE SCALE" FOR PATIENTS WITHOUT INSURANCE. ANY PATIENT WHO IS DEEMED "HOMELESS" IS OFFERED CARE AT NO CHARGE PER VISIT. CARE IS PROVIDED BY DEDICATED AND QUALIFIED CLINICIANS, FOCUSING ON SELF CARE AND HEALTH MANAGEMENT. ECHC'S PROVIDER STAFF INCLUDE 2 PHYSICIANS, 5 NURSE PRACTITIONERS AND 1 PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT.
