HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS WITH AIDS (HOPWA) PROVIDED ASSISTANCE TO 95 CLIENTS AND DIRECT EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (DEFA) PROVIDED BENEFITS FOR 28 CLIENTS.
