SIGMA DELTA TAU FOUNDATION, INC. WAS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS COLLEGE EDUCATION BY AWARDING GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS. THE FOUNDATION ALSO MAY PROVIDE FINANCIAL GRANTS TO SIGMA DELTA TAU SOCIETY, A 501(C)(7) ORGANIZATION WHOSE ACTIVITIES ARE CONSISTENT WITH ENCOURAGING PATRIOTISM, SCHOLARSHIP, LEADERSHIP, AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF COLLEGE STUDENTS.
