MAJOR SERVICE PROGRAMS IN THE ORGANIZATION'S 8 COUNTY SERVICE AREA INCLUDE: INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS TRAINING, HOUSING AND HOME MODIFICATION SERVICES, PEER COUNSELING, TRANSITION FROM NURSING HOMES AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS, YOUTH TRANSITION, AND SYSTEMIC ADVOCACY. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED SERVICES TO OVER 274 CONSUMERS, OF WHICH 149 WERE UNDER THE AGE OF 60 YEARS OLD, 125 WERE OVER THE AGE OF 60, 178 WERE FEMALE, AND 96 WERE MALE.
