THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS HOSPICE SERVICE IN THE HOME TO THOSE WISHING TO REMAIN AT HOME. FOR SUCH PATIENTS, THIS ALLOWS THE ABILITY TO STAY IN A FAMILIAR ENVIRONMENT PROVIDING COMFORT AND PEACE TO PATIENTS AND FAMILIES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES THE OPTION OF HOSPICE HOME TO THOSE THAT MEET THE CRITERIA AND CAN NO LONGER REMAIN IN THEIR HOMES, OFTEN IN THEIR FINAL DAYS. HOSPICE HOME OFFERS 24 HOUR CARE IN A FREE-STANDING, 14-BED FACILITY. IN 2021, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED HOSPICE SERVICE TO 1,437 PATIENTS COMPRISING 92,183 DAYS OF SERVICE.
