TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO A MUSEUM TO COMMEMORATE THE HISTORY OF THE FIRE SERVICE IN CENTRAL INDIANA, THE FIRE DEPARTMENT'S CONTRIBUTION TO THE INDIANAPOLIS COMMUNITY, AND HONOR THOSE THAT HAVE GIVEN THEIR LIFE IN THE LINE OF DUTY. ALSO, TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND FIRE SAFETY PROGRAMS TO CHILDREN THROUGH THE SURVIVE ALIVE SAFETY PROGRAM.

PROVIDED EDUCATION TO CHILDREN AND IMMIGRANTS REGARDING FIRE SAFETY AND HOW TO REDUCE FIRE-RELATED DEATHS BY HANDS-ON DEMONSTRATION AND TRAINING. IN 2022, WE SERVED APPROXIMATELY 800 STUDENTS AND IMMIGRANTS.
OPERATED MUSEUM TO EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT THE HISTORY, CONTRIBUTIONS, AND IMPACT THAT THE LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENT HAS MADE ON THE CITY OF INDIANAPOLIS. AN ESTIMATED 700 PEOPLE VISITED THE MUSEUM IN 2022.
