HABITAT PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO OWN QUALITY, AFFORDABLE HOMES. HABITAT COMPLETED 12 HOMES FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021 AND HAD 11 HOMES IN PROCESS. HABITAT HELD OVER 300 INTEREST-FREE MORTGAGES FOR HOMEOWNERS AT YEAR END.
HABITAT OPERATES A RESTORE THAT SELLS NEW AND GENTLY USED HOME FURNISHINGS AND BUILDING SUPPLIES TO THE PUBLIC AT A FRACTION OF RETAIL PRICES, WHICH SUPPORTS THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND AFFORDABLE HOME BUILDING.
