TEEN COURT: DIVERTS JUVENILE OFFENDERS FROM GOVERNMENTAL PROBATION DEPARTMENTS AND OTHER JUDICIAL JUVENILE SANCTIONS. THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR FIRST TIME OFFENDERS.
KIDS ON THE BLOCK: TEACHERS AND CHILDREN ARE EDUCATED ABOUT THE CHILD ABUSE CYCLE. TAUGHT IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS.
