THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS PROGRAMS, ACTIVITIES, AND SERVICES THAT IMPROVE THE COURSE OF LIFE OF ITS MEMBERS, SERVES AS A FACILITATOR OF INFORMATION TO RETIREES, AND ACTS AS A MEDIUM OF COMMUNICATION TO THE LEGISLATIVE AND EXECUTIVE BRANCHES OF STATE GOVERNMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF RETIREES.
