THE ORGANIZATION DELIVERS MEALS TO AN AVERAGE OF 147 INDIVIDUALS DAILY. THE MEALS ARE PURCHASED BY THE ORGANIZATION FROM LOCAL HOSPITAL CAFETERIA AND THEN SOLD TO THE CONSUMERS, AS THE CONSUMERS ARE ABLE TO PAY.
THE ORGANIZATION EMPLOYS AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND STAFF WHO ARE PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING THE EFFORTS OF NUMEROUS VOLUNTEERS, THE INTAKE ON THE ORGANIZATION'S CONSUMERS, THE ACQUISITION OF GOODS TO PROVIDE TO THE CONSUMERS, OTHER ASPECTS RELATED TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION, AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF FUNDS WHICH ALLOW THE ORGANIZATION TO CONTINUE PROVIDING SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY.
