TO PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AMONG THE ELDERLY, CONVALESCING AND/OR DISABLED MEMBERS OF THE GREATER WAUSAU AREA BY DELIVERING HOT, NUTRITIOUS, LOW-COST MEALS WITH THE HELP OF VOLUNTEERS. ALSO ADDED PRO VISIONS TO THE BYLAWS TO ALLOW FOR INDEMNIFICATION OF OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS AS ALLOWED BY LAW AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF ASSETS UPON DISSOLUTION AND LIQUIDATION AS REQUIRED BY CHARITY STATUS.
