THE PRIMARY MISSION OF PURDUE RESEARCH FOUNDATION IS TO ADVANCE THE MISSION OF PURDUE UNIVERSITY.
Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
FUNDS WERE PROVIDED TO PURDUE UNIVERSITY FOR RESEARCH GRANTS, INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL GRANTS, AND DISTINGUISHED PROFESSOR GRANTS TO FURTHER ITS EDUCATION AND RESEARCH MISSIONS. FUNDING VIA SCHOLARSHIPS, AWARDS, DEVELOPMENT, AND ROYALTIES WAS ALSO PROVIDED TO SUPPLEMENT PURDUE UNIVERSITY. LASTLY, RENTAL INCOME WAS COLLECTED FROM TENANTS LOCATED WITHIN THE PURDUE RESEARCH PARK AS WELL AS RESIDENTIAL UNITS ON THE PURDUE UNIVERSITY CAMPUS AND SURROUNDING AREAS. PURDUE RESEARCH PARK IS THE HOME OF STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS INCUBATORS THAT HAVE A WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH PURDUE UNIVERSITY TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH LEARNING AND RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES.
