THE SHELBY COUNTY FAIR ASSOCIATION INC SPONSORS THE LOCAL 4-H FAIR FOR THE COUNTY YOUTH. THE FAIR ASSOCIATION PAYS FOR JUDGES AND AWARDS FOR THE 4-H PROGRAM. IT SPONSORS ACTIVITIES AND CONTESTS DURING THE FAIR WEEK TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO COME TO THE FAIR AND VIEW THE 4-H PROJECTS. IT MAINTAINS THE PROPERTY WHERE THE ANNUAL FAIR IS LOCATED.
