GRANTS ARE TO BE USED IN PRESERVING ,MAINTAINING AND OPERATING SQUIRE FARM, ONE OF THE PROPERTIES AND EDUCATIONAL FUNCTIONS OF THE UNIVERSITY AND TO THE EXTENT GRANTS ARE NOT NEEDED FOR SUCH PURPOSE, THEN TO BE USE BY THE UNIVERSITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF FLORA STONE MATHER COLLEGE OF SAID UNIVERSITY.

KEYBANK MAINTAINS A RESPONSIVENESS TO THE NEEDS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE BENEFICIARY ORGANIZATION IN THE ATTAINMENT OF ITS MISSION.
