THE HEART OF OHIO COUNCIL ACCOMPLISHES ITS EXEMPT PURPOSE THROUGH PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH IN 9 COUNTIES IN OHIO AND THROUGH THE OPERATION OF AN OUTDOOR CAMP.
