SHEPHERD'S PASTURE- A RETREAT CENTER OFFERING COUNSELING SUPPORT AND LIFE TOOLS BUILDING FOR ACTIVE DUTY AND RETIRED VETERANS AND MILITARY FAMILIES AND OUR COMMUNITY CITIZENS IN NEED. IT PROVIDES A SAFE HAVEN TO REGROUP AS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES EVEN OUTSIDE THE RETREATS. IT ALSO OFFERS SOCIAL WORK SUPPORT AS LIAISONS FOR MANY DIFFERENT NEEDS AND SITUATIONS. IT IS A PLACE OF HEALING, REST AND GROWTH TO OUR MILITARY COMMUNITY.
SUPPORT FOR DEPLOYED MILITARY PERSONNEL AND VETERANS AND INDIVIDUALS IN CRISIS IS GIVEN BY FOLLOWING UP AND PROVIDING ONGOING ASSISTANCE TO MILITARY FAMILIES THROUGH THE ENTIRE TERM OF THEIR TIME OF HARDSHIP.
CONDUCT PERSONAL RESPITE AND RETREATS FOR ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY CHAPLAINS AND CHAPLAIN FAMILIES AND PASTORS. PROVIDE TEMPORARY CRISIS SHELTERING FOR ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY, RESERVE AND NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERS AND EMERGENCY SHELTERING WITH A PRIORITY TO VETERANS AND MILITARY FAMILY MEMBERS. ALSO SERVING OUR COMMUNITY BY OFFERING EMERGENCY SHELTER AS NEEDED.
