THE CORPORATION PROVIDES HOUSING AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR LOW-INCOME ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS IN SAFE, ATTRACTIVE AND WELL-MAINTAINED BUILDINGS IN NORTHEAST OHIO. WE STRIVE TO KEEP SENIORS SELF-RELIANT AND INDEPENDENT FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE BY SECURING ADDITIONAL SERVICES THEY NEED AND ENCOURAGING A SENSE OF COMMUNITY IN EACH RESIDENT. THE SENIORS WE SERVE MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR A HUD 202 APARTMENT AS DETERMINED BY THEIR INCOME AND MUST BE RE-CERTIFIED EACH YEAR TO CONTINUE RESIDENCY. THE PROJECT OPERATES UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT AND WITHIN THE RENTAL AND OPERATING GUIDELINES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
