THE ORGANIZATION ACQUIRES REAL PROPERTY IN THE AREAS SERVED BY THE COUNCIL ON RURAL SERVICES PROGRAMS. SUBSTANTIALLY ALL THE PROPERTY IS LEASED AT COST PURSUANT TO A MASTER LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN A LEARNING PLACE AND THE COUNCIL ON RURAL SERVICES PROGRAMS. THE COUNCIL ON RURAL SERVICES PROGRAMS IS USING THESE PROPERTIES TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE EDUCATION AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES.
