THE COMMISSION ON CEMETERY PRESERVATION (HEREAFTER "THE COMMISSION"), ALSO IS DEVELOPING PROCEDURES AND SYSTEMS FOR ASSUMING RESPONSIBILITY FOR CEMETERIES WHERE THE SPONSORING ORGANIZATION IS NO LONGER ABLE TO DO SO.
