THE ORGANIZATION BRINGS VALUE THROUGH DANCE TO THE PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES OF NORTHEAST OHIO BY PRODUCING A HIGH QUALITY ARTISTIC PRODUCT, PROVIDING INDIVIDUALS OF ALL AGES THE MOST PROFESSIONAL DANCE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING AVAILABLE AND PREPARING THOSE WHO ASPIRE TO A PROFESSIONAL CAREER. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO STRIVES TO ENHANCE THE UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF DANCE THROUGH EDUCATION AND BY DEVELOPING AND ENCOURAGING COMMUNITY INTEREST, INVOLVEMENT AND SUPPORT.
THE ORGANIZATION ALSO OPERATES A DANCE SCHOOL. CLASSES IN CLASSICAL BALLET, MODERN JAZZ, TAP AND HIP HOP ARE TAUGHT TO APPROXIMATELY 135 STUDENTS. AS AN EDUCATIONAL AID TO THE DANCERS, GUEST TEACHERS AND CHOREOGRAPHERS ARE BROUGHT IN ON A REGULAR BASIS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED SCHOLARSHIPS TO 17 DANCERS IN THE SCHOOL TO ASSIST WITH TUITION PAYMENTS. A WORK STUDY PROGRAM WAS PROVIDED TO 7 STUDENTS AND TUITION DISCOUNTS WERE GIVEN TO MULTIPLY FAMILIES FOR TAKING MORE THAN ONE CLASS OR SESSION.
