ARTS IMPACT PARTNERS WITH CLEVELAND, OHIO AREA SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE HIGH-QUALITY EXPERIENCES IN THE ARTS FOR YOUTH THROUGH IN-SCHOOL AND OUT-OF-SCHOOL PROGRAMMING. THE ORGANIZATION'S HANDS-ON, INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS ENGAGE A VARIETY OF LEARNING STYLES WHILE DEEPENING AND IMPACTING STUDENTS' LEARNING. ARTS IMPACT HAS BEEN INNOVATING HOW STUDENTS ARE TAUGHT THROUGH CONTEMPORARY AND MEDIA ARTS SINCE 2002. ARTS IMPACT DELIVERS CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS THAT RESPOND TO CURRENT EDUCATIONAL TRENDS AND MEET THE NEEDS OF STUDENTS, TEACHERS, AND THE COMMUNITY. ARTS IMPACT HAS SERVED OVER 35,000 YOUTH THROUGH PROGRAMS IN AREA SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS. IN 2021, THE BOARD AND STAFF DEVELOPED A NEW STRATEGIC PLAN, BUILDING ON THE SUCCESSES OF THE LAST STRATEGIC PLAN FROM 2018. THE NEW PLAN SET STRATEGIC PRIORITIES FOCUSING ON DEEPENING AND DEMONSTRATING PROGRAM IMPACT, SUSTAINING AND GROWING PARTNERSHIPS, BUILDING ORGANIZATIONAL CAPACITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE, INTEGRATING DIVERSITY AND RACIAL EQUITY INTO THE ORGANIZATION, PROGRAMS, AND PARTNERSHIPS, AND EXPANDING AND CULTIVATING NEW FUNDING STREAMS.
