THE NORTH AMERICAN MENOPAUSE SOCIETY SPONSORED MANY EDUCATIONAL AND MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS. THE ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC MEETING AND PRE-MEETING COURSE WERE HELD IN-PERSON AND OFFERED VIRTUALLY AS WELL, ACCESSED BY MANY HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS AND RESEARCHERS FROM AROUND THE WORLD. NAMS CONTINUED TO SET THE STANDARDS FOR MENOPAUSE PRACTICE THROUGH THE EXAMINATION LEADING TO THE CREDENTIAL OF NAMS CERTIFIED MENOPAUSE PRACTITIONER (NCMP). OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDED: MEMBER E-NEWSLETTERS OF SCIENTIFIC CONTENT, MONTHLY JOURNAL MENOPAUSE, MENOPAUSE PRACTICE TEXTBOOK FOR HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS, MENOPAUSE GUIDEBOOK FOR CONSUMERS, POSITIONS STATEMENTS ON TOPICS RELATED TO MENOPAUSE, MENTORSHIP PROGRAM FOR RESEARCHERS, CONTENT FOR AWARD-WINNING WEBSITE FOR PROFESSIONALS AND CONSUMERS.
