THE ELIZA JENNINGS SENIOR CARE NETWORK PROVIDES MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO ALL FACILITY OPERATIONS IN NORTHEAST OHIO. THIS NETWORK'S SERVICES INCLUDE IN-HOME CARE, ADULT DAY CARE, REHABILITATION, INDEPENDENT LIVING, ASSISTED LIVING AND SKILLED NURSING SERVICES.

ELIZA JENNINGS, A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION PROVIDING EXCELLENT CARE AND SERVICES TO OLDER ADULTS ON CLEVELANDS WESTSIDE FOR MORE THAN 130 YEARS, IS A NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED EXPERT COMMITTED TO HELPING PEOPLE MAKE THE MOST OF THE AGING EXPERIENCE. AS ONE OF THE ORGANIZATIONS AT THE FOREFRONT OF A MAJOR CULTURE CHANGE MOVEMENT CALLED PERSON-CENTERED CARE, ELIZA JENNINGS OFFERS A FULL SPECTRUM OF CHOICES AND SERVICES FOR AGING ADULTS, DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR NEEDS AND PREFERENCES AS THEY AGE.
