THE ORGANIZATION ADOPTED A PLAN OF MERGER INTO THE CHAGRIN VALLEY JAYCEES CHARITABLE FOUNDATION (32-0094722). AFTER WINDING UP THE REMAINING AFFAIRS OF THE ORGANIZATION, THE REMAINING FUNDS WERE TRANSFERRED INTO THAT ORGANIZATION ON FEBURARY 28, 2021. BEYOND THAT DATE THE ORGANIZATION HAD NO INCOME, EXPENSES, ASSETS OR LIABILITIES. THE FINAL STEP OF LEGALLY MERGING THE ENTITY INTO THE CHAGRIN VALLEY JAYCEES CHARITABLE FOUNDATION WAS COMPLETED ON OCTOBER 3, 2022 AFTER WHICH DATE THE ORGANIZATION CEASED TO EXIST.
