CUSTODIAL, ASSEMBLY AND MANUFACTURING OPPORTUNITIES PROVIDE INDIVIDUALS THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE TO GAIN EMPLOYMENT. IN 2021, PRIVATE SECTOR CONTRACTS ALLOWED VSI TO EMPLOY 296 WORKERS AND PAY $2,051,367 IN WAGES FOR 174,052 HOURS WORKED.
