THE SOCIETY MAINTAINS HISTORICAL BUILDINGS AND COLLECTIONS WHICH ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. THESE BUILDINGS AND COLLECTIONS SERVE TO INSPIRE, STIMULATE AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE HISTORY OF THE STRONGSVILE AREA.
THE SOCIETY PLANS AND EXECUTES A NUMBER OF VARIED PROGRAMS DURING THE YEAR THAT ARE OPEN TO ITS MEMBERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC. SOME EXAMPLES ARE: LADIES FASHION SHOW, FALL HARVEST FESTIVAL, AND CHRISTMAS IN THE VILLAGE (NO FEE).
THE SOCIETY HOSTS TOURS OF THE HISTORICAL SITE FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC, LOCAL SCHOOLS AND CIVIC GROUPS. THE SOCIETY ALSO MAKES ROOMS OF THE HISTORICAL BUILDINGS AVAILABLE FOR RENT BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC, LOCAL SCHOOLS, AND CIVIC GROUPS.
