CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES ARE OFFERED TO ADULTS AND YOUTH WITH SEVERE BEHAVIORAL ISSUES OR MENTAL DISABILITIES. COMMUNITY PSYCHIATRIC SUPPORTIVE TREATMENT (CPST) PROVIDERS ASSIST INDIVIDUALS WITH VARIOUS NEEDS SO THAT THEY MAY REMAIN INDEPENDENTLY FUNCTIONING IN THE COMMUNITY. TREATMENT PLANNING, COORDINATING SERVICES, ADVOCATING FOR CLIENTS' GOALS, AND ASSISTING CLIENTS IN SUCCESSFUL COMMUNITY LIVING ARE JUST A FEW OF THE SERVICES OF CASE MANAGEMENT. THESE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE 24 HOURS A DAY.
OUTPATIENT SERVICES INCLUDE BOTH INDIVIDUAL, MARITAL, AND FAMILY COUNSELING AND GROUP THERAPY. THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED THROUGH SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS AND/OR TELEHEALTH WITH A STAFF OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS.
MEDICAL PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES INCLUDE PSYCHIATRIC ASSESSMENT AND DIAGNOSIS; PSYCHIATRIC MEDICATION EVALUATION AND MANAGEMENT, CONSULTATION, AND TREATMENT. PSYCHIATRY SERVICE NOT ONLY PROVIDES SERVICES TO ADULTS BUT ALSO TO THE SPECIAL NEEDS OF YOUNG CHILDREN, AND IS ALSO AVAILABLE THROUGH TELEHEALTH.
PROVIDES SUBSIDY FOR HOUSING AND A SOCIAL RECREATION PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH SEVERE BEHAVIORAL ISSUES OR MENTAL DISABILITIES; PREVENTION SERVICES IN SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY; SERVICES TO VETERANS FOR HOUSING ASSISTANCE.
