ONE OF CEA'S MAJOR SERVICES IS LABOR RELATIONS. UNION CONTRACTORS AND CEA PROFESSIONAL STAFF NEGOTIATE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS WITH APPROXIMATELY 16 BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION TRADE UNIONS, MOSTLY IN NORTHEAST OHIO. CEA HANDLES ARBITRATIONS, GRIEVANCES, INTERPRETS PROVISIONS IN THE CONTRACT AND PROVIDES UNION WAGES AND FRINGE BENEFIT INFORMATION TO ITS MEMBERS.
CEA ADVERTISES AND PROMOTES MEMBERS TO OWNERS AND DEVELOPERS SEEKING QUALITY CONTRACTORS FOR THEIR CONSTRUCTION NEEDS. MEMBERSHIP ROSTERS AND WAGE RATES ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL MEMBERS ON CEA'S WEBSITE.
